i feel exhausted a lot. i get about 8 hours of sleep per night and always sleep in. but the later i sleep in, the more fatigued i feel. i feel trapped. i never have that much energy. i don't know what’s wrong with me or what i should do. can i be helped?
Answer:
yes, when u sleep in later in the day, u often feel even more tired when u wake up cuz it is day time, when u sleep in the night and wake up in the middle of the night, then you feel more energized. it happens to me all the time!! i just ignore it, its really no huge deal. after you wake up and eat breakfast and just get used to it being day time, then u should warm up and be used to it. thats what i do! hope this helps!!

Answer:
you just need some exercise and good nutrition.
yah, you might feel too tired to go out for a run, but believe me, if you do you'll feel a lot better almost instantly.
if you exercise each day, you'll sleep superior at night and get an overall superior night's sleep.
and a run or bike ride will get your body going and give you more energy.
hope that helps! good luck!

Maybe you have underactive thyroid. Im my family all of us that decend from my Maternal Grandmother have it. You feel sluggish and tired even if you get plenty of sleep. It usually means the thyroid isn’t functioning correctly. Go have a Doctor check. You usually need a blood test. If it is thyroid they give you Thyroxamine. It gets you up, and takes away the worst of the tired feeling. Good LUck.

Ask about, and see if your family reports that you snore. Or, if you find yourself occasionally waking up in gasps of air. Those are some signs to look for.

2. Excercise
3. Try to involve yourself in things that you enjoy
4. See a doctor to make sure you aren't having thyroid or anemia problems.
