I don't know who I really am. When I'm around my friends, and stuff like that I don't say anything because I just have nothing to say, but it happens all the time. I'm losing them because of it. I’ve a depression problem and I'm wondering if that what in my way. I don't understand anything anymore and i fell lost and confuse. I just want to know, how can I fix this?
-Thanks
Answer:
you have to dig yourself out of the hole you put your self in .
everyone deals with depression, do something to boost your confidence back up and if your depression isn't to severe go try doing things tht usualy enjoy, don't take yourself outside your comfort zone, and stop worring abt your freinds, spend some “you” time. and if you’re in a bad spot with yourself right now it is usualy your friends who are suppose to help you pull yourself out.
good luck to finding yourself again.
rember tht this is usual, if it helps express yourself by writing in a journal, listen to music, write poems and stuff. tht way you can clearly see how your feeling.
Answer:
1) Pick up a new hobby - you can make new friends this way and become interested in something you might not have thought about before.
2) See a therapist, but only if you really think it's that serious.
Exercise & eat right - these have a serious impact at the neurochemical level.
3) Read some books - people have been having your problems for millennia. See how they coped, and discover kindred spirits.
4) Pursue your interests. There's nothing wrong with being unique–perhaps your current circle of friends is just a bad fit for you. This is part of growing up. Stick with what you know and love, and like-minded who enjoy your company will flock to you.
Answer:
You can't fix it till you can treat it.
Do the things that make you happy(put you in a better mood). Make a list of what you like and don't.
If you can't think of anything..well start trying new things.
