What are somethings that I can do to focus my anger instead of screaming and yelling at someone?
Answer:
It's not going to be easy.
You need to install a 'mental block' in your brain ,so that when your about to yell, it will go off and you'll be able to stop yourself.
If you comprehend what I mean.
Than, you could try any of these to calm yourself down;
1. DO NOT raise your voice. Discuss it out calmly; if you raise your voice, the person you raised it to will get mad, and yell back. Keep calm.
2. Count to 10 and just breath. Inhail and exhail. Just breath.
3. Go to another room; and play calming music with gentle lyrics or non at all.
4. Exercise; believe it or not this is very beneficial. When you exercise, your brain releases 'happy' hormones that will boost your energy and make you more happy. People that do not exercise regulary tend to get angry faster.
5. go for a walk and just enjoy the fresh air.
Like i said in the beginning though; if you can't catch yourself getting mad, than none of the steps will help becaasue you would have already lost it.
You need to work toward keeping calm, and reminding yourself of what to do when your angry.

my son , get so mad , he take it out on everyone.
so i told him , he need to see a physician and get some high blood pressure pills. he just gave me a look.
so i told him this . when you get so mad , count tell you for get what it was you was mad about
or sang a song in your head and for get about it.
it did help him. he don't get mad like her use too. he smiles and gives me a look now.
