Answer:
wow, i feel the same way. its so difficult. the way i try to cope is by going to therapy twice a week and trying to stay up with my meds. sometimes i feel hopeless and it takes a lot to keep myself together. all i can do is give you some ideas of what i do: read, write (as i see that you do), maybe artwork if you like, video and computer games drown me out completely. some people listen to music, music doesn't quite work for me but it might for you. i hope that helps some. i'm wicked depressed right now myself and using the computer/video game method….

I had some pretty bad depression when I was a teenager. The trick is finding something you really like to do that always snaps you out of the funk. For me I would vent frustration and depression by taking a baseball and throwing it at a brick wall really hard. You have to also tell your family what you expect from them when you get depressed. For me I wanted to be left alone for a while, the last thing I wanted to hear was “what is wrong”. Good luck to you.

Answer:
Hi, have you tried meditation? I have depression too, and am having an off day this day. On my off days, I become aggressive, tearful etc, so right now am trying to distract myself. A while back it took me ages to do this, but you just have to learn it. I’m also looking into Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which looks at ways of helping yourself and making you feel superior.

Most importantly, do the things YOU enjoy doing. Go for a walk and get some fresh air, look after no 1.

Best wishes

Answer:
Try taking a warm (or hot) bath, eat some chocolate (chocolate is suppose to really help relaxe soemone), call your doc and talk to them about this..they’ll be able to recommend more things to do…or if you want you can go be admitted to the hospital and try to find ways of resting in a safe enviroment.

GoodLuck

It is only a phase …think about all the good things you had in your life and meditate on that but each thing will turn things around in a very good way ,Talk to some one close to you.

Answer:
Can't is a huge word. Won't is a better one. If you are depressed get help. If your computer is becoming the problem take a break. Life is what you make of it.

Answer:
u have 1 thing u must do. u must find the reason u were made, and put here on this Earth. if u spend your time seeking this, you'll be too preoccuppied to be depressed, or suicidal. then, here's a 3 point outline to follow: 1) find a way to get involved in helping others less fortunate; it will get your mind off of you…which is your biggest problem…and it will teach you gratitude, a true antidepressant!. 2) read through the book of John in the King James Bible, to help you in your quest to find out how and why you're here. 3) ask the Creator to show u that He’s there and cares for u, your own personal miracle, if you would…give it three weeks and see how you’re, and let me know when it helps, hope u are healed totally, mike r
