Answer:
I speak from expericence so listen up.
I've never been treated for depression but I know for a fact I was depressed for a very long time for reasons unknown.
I started smoking pot at 13, and also found myself cutting. I started excessivly drinking at 15, and also started popping pills that year like roach pills, Xanax, Vicadin, Skelaxin, and at 17 tried ecstasy.
Now don't get me wrong, I didn't do these things BECAUSE I was depressed, but when I did find myself feeling rather shitty, I'd load up on these things and take'em for a ride.
I don't advise you in anyway whatsoever to do anything too hard or perilous. Stay away from prescribtion drugs, they're extra expensive, and don't do any hard street drugs like PCP, cocaine, or heroin.
Smoking a joint won't kill anyone, it calms you, and relaxes you.
Just meditate on light, easy things. Enjoy nature and whatever's around you.
Ecstasy is a beautiful thing, but something not to be toyed with.
Two pills A YEAR and nothing more.
Don't even try doing more since it's 'just a pill'.
It fucks with your brain overtime.
Nearly everything is okay in moderation, you just have to be careful & responsible.
Don't ever try and drive under the influence of anything for your safety and the safety of others.
Don't take life too hard, don't ponder too long on one thing.
Things that are huge barriers now will be experiences of learning for your future.
Stay positive & realistic at the same time,
but always remember- there's no harm in dreaming.

I hope you get through this & come out a superior person,
good luck

Answer:
If you're depressed you ought to go to a clinic and talk to them about it.
Most illegal drugs, and some legal ones (alcohol included) can actually make depression symptoms worse. By self-medicating you will most likely make your problem even more difficult to manage.
Talk to a psychiatrist about what's going on, and if they feel that you need medication they have the ability to prescribe it to you, but only turn to alcohol or drugs if you want to feel much worse and destroy your body in the process.
Answer:
Drugs are just a short term solution, plus you are still aware of your problems. It's not as if they just disappear. Believe me! By all means, experiment, everyone will at some point, but not while you're suffering from depression.
I have taken weed {who hasn't?}, mushrooms and ecstasy. It's fine if you don't get addicted, and comprehend you can't have that feeling all the time- it's hard, but if you’re strong willed you can do it.
Prices vary depending on which drug. If you are after ecstasy, it depends, because theres different pills. £3 - £8 usually.
Answer:
How about first talking to your parents or the guidance counselor at your school? They have the ability to help you set up an appointment to be evaluated. Once you’ve the evaluation, therapy/medication can be started to help you with your depression. Please don’t think about street drugs as an option. I hope you’ll be feeling superior soon. Good
Luck.
Answer:
No, I was depressed and turned to drugs, didn't help.
Drugs seem a way out of your problems but there certainly not, from my experience anyway I tried prescription and street drugs and neither worked. Not worth the danger and won't help at all.
Consult your physician and tell your parents, there's always a way out of these problems. If i can do it then anyone else most certainly can.
Answer:
Drugs are no answer, especially the street kind. It will lead to a life of crime. Then you will really have something to be depressed about.
Why don't you find some youth counseling resources near where you live and discuss it with them before you put any substance prescribed or otherwise in your body?

By no means get into illegal narcotics. All you'll be doing is destroying your body and mind.
Though I'm not stricken with depression, I do have OCD. A psychiatrist was able to perscribe an antidepressent, which appears to be quelling most of the symptoms. Go find a physician you think you can trust.
Answer:
Get medical help. Never try drugs yourself. Even if they are genuine there may be bad side effects from some.
