Exercise!!!!! not only will it make you feel happier (endorphins are released when you exercise making you feel happy), you’ll become healthy too. Good health happiness go hand in hand (in most instances, but don't quote me on that!!)

i take the kids, dog and the hubby and we all go to the park for a good run around that always cheers me up when i feel a bit down

I agree with exercise. Also, getting something accomplished around the home helps me feel better.

i listen to music, play with my dog, hang out with friends. they always make me feel superior then when i am alone.

I listen to some music I like..I go for a walk or a drive..try to catch up with some old friends..I do either of these when i feel down..
