Answer:
One reason could be that you have what is called “Body Dysmorphic Disorder.” That is where you see your physical being quite differently than your true physical self.

I recommend that you focus on the weight loss and quit worrying about how you look. If you went from 263 to 221 pounds in three months via diet and exercise, then that is quite an achievement. Keep up the hard work! Weigh yourself only once a week at the same place and on the same scales (wearing the same amount of clothes or with no clothes)
for a more reliable measure. Be patient with yourself and don't get discouraged. It might take a tiny more time to reach your best weight.

Good Luck!

That's called body dismorphic syndrome, although usually it applies to people who think they're fat or hideous when in reality they're skinny and pretty. It's fairly common among teens, but some cases can be very serious. Speak to your regular physician and ask about seeing a therapist or a psychologist. They can really help you deal with whatever you're going through. I don't know if there are any medications that can help you, but that's another question you can ask a physician or psychiatrist.
Ideal of luck.

I don't know exactly what you call that. Most people get stuck with what's comfortable. I think posting a recent pic of yourself somewhere you'll see it, like on the refrigerator or in the lavatory, would help keep you in perspective. I've had a similar issue and just took some time studying myself in the mirror and that seemed to help.

weight has a way of creeping up on people like that. happened to me. I went from 145 to 203 in a matter of a couple years. just keep working at losing weight and you'll be happy with yourself again. try not to beat yourself up about.

no matter what weight or size, self confidence is great to have. if you're strutting around like you're the sh*t then who cares what other people think!? it's awesome that you feel good about yourself

Answer:
Body Dismorphia, if you think you're uglier than you’re.

If you think you're better than you’re, it's called being a large fat sack of douche.
