This question was answered a few days ago, I remember reading it and being like oh, that's interesting. The answerer said that if they hadn't been blind their whole life, then yes, they could see in their dreams what they remembered, or if they had been blind forever, they had sound dreams - pictureless dreams. Some people might see what they imagined people to look like. Search around, it was one of those top question things I think.
