i have contacts but for some reaslon i cant get them out without ripping them… they get stuck to my eye no matter how much solution i put on like the eye physician states…they get stuck so i have to pinch them off and they rip.. how can i get them out without ripping them in general?? help…!
Answer:
Use your thumb and index finger (or whichever one your comfortable with) and make a duck-bill with them. Put it to your eye until you feel the contact and squeeze and bring your fingers away. It should come out
