I’m thinking about getting them, I just need to ask a couple questions.
1.) Do they injured?
2.) How much do they cost?
3.) Anything else I should keep in mind before getting them?
Answer:
Q1 . they irriate for two or three days when u start but not after that
Q2. yearly lens cost around 1000rs
Max cost is around $33
Q3. GENERAL SAFETY TIPS FOR CONTACT LENS WEARERS
* Visit a reputable eyecare professional for a complete eye examination each 12 months or more frequently if directed by your eyecare professional.
* Use only contact lenses if they’re FDA-approved and only if prescribed by a licensed eyecare practitioner. Ask your practitioner whether the FDA has cleared the product.
* NEVER swap contact lens with another person.
* Don't wear lenses longer than prescribed, nor when sleeping unless otherwise directed.
* If eyes become red or irritated, remove the lenses immediately and consult your doctor. Don't try to brave the irritation.
* Replace contacts as suggested by your eyecare professional because they wear out over time. Throw away disposable lenses after recommended wearing period.
Answer:
1. Soft contacts no they don't hurt in fact you don't even feel them once they are on. Maybe at the beginning you’ll have some problems putting them on but you get used to it so you will be able to put them on faster.
2. soft clear contact lenses cost less than colored ones
3. For the sake of keeping your eyes healthy you should only wear the same pair of contacts for a month. I know there are places that say three or even six but no don't do that, even though it can cost more to get more pairs it's your eyes and it's worth it. Also you should lubricate your eyes (like with Renu eye drops for example) often not only to prevent dryness if it occurs but helps the eye wipe down what the air puts in like dust, dirt, ect. on the contact. Don't sleep with contacts, you can damage your eye if you sleep with them for many days straight. You have to be very clean and change the solution from the contact everyday. Wash your hands before you put on and take off. So this is what eye physicians tell you to do and not many people follow them…alteast try
Also certain mascaras or eyeliners irritate your eyes with the contacts so as soon as you notice redness and maybe tearing switch to a different kind
hope it helps :]
Answer:
Contacts don't injured (sometimes they itch, or get dry though)
The cost varies. You’ve the cost of the exam plus the cost of the lenses. For example, I just had an exam and got Acuvue Oasys lenses it was a total of $125. I love, love, love these lenses because I have very dry eyes and am extremely picky about my lenses. I can't even feel these!
Make sure you ask your eye physician any questions you think of (write them down so you don't forget)…no question is stupid!
Also, if you happen to have astigmatism (which I have in both eyes) make sure you comprehend your lens options. You can either get toric lenses which are made for astigmatism, or you can have slightly fuzzy vision and go for comfort. (I opted for comfort)
Oh, and don't leave before you’re absolutely comfortable both putting the lenses in and taking them out. (My first time I cried because I couldn't get the lens out!!)
Answer:
Contact lenses are AWESOME!!
They only hurt if you get something in your eye. (Duh!) Or if they get dry. Make sure you get Rewetting Drops … They're great and make your eyes feel much superior! As others have said, it's kinda hard to put them in at first, but don't get discouraged, it gets easier with time & practice.
As others have said, contacts are pretty cheap. I use the Acuvue Oasis, and they're the ideal kind I've had (I've worn contacts for like 15-ish years). They stay moist and give your eyes the chance to breathe, which is really important.
Make sure you talk to your doc about how you want to use them (how often you want to take them out, what the ideal kind is for your prescription and condition of your eyes, etc).
When you take care of them, contacts are wonderful. I think you'll be really happy with them if you make the decision to get them.
Good luck!

They dont injured becasue they’re designed in that way.
Answer:
it depends….if u get the hard one then ya they kinda hurt , but if u get the soft contacts then it dosen't injured at all…… i don't know how much it costs cause my mother is paying for it but i know for sure its much high-priced than wearing glasses. oh and if u wear soft contacts u need to change them every month(if you wear them everyday or play sports) but if u wear them somtimes then change them each two months. but if u wear hard contacts(which is uncomfortable and not good for sports), but you can use them untile you loose it or break it. u have to get use to it for a while….putting it on is the hardest part…..u have to keep your contacts clean…keep your nails short(or u might poke ur eye out…also don't panic when u drop ur contacts, it is important to not move and look for them……i have hard and soft contacts, but i only wear the soft ones….i get kind of scared putting on the hard one…..but soft one is much comfortable….oh! also don't ever sleep with ur contacts on, its bad for ur eyes…also find right makeups because they can irritate ur eyes(if ur a girl)…. but iam having no problem wearing them….sooo goood luccckkkk~~!!!!!!
