I’m only 21 years old. I’m extremely near sighted (-13.00), have been all my life. At my last check-up,a few small holes were noticed in my retina. I know retinal dettachment is a huge risk now.
What can I do to help prevent it???
Answer:
Did you have the holes treated? A lot of times an ophthalmologist will just laser around them, which essential welds your retina into place. Other than that, try to avoid any head trauma.
