a good place to go when you have a cataract in an eye that has multiple conditions that may complicate a routine removal and IOL implant?

do they do complex cataract surgeries?

Answer:
Not just “in the area” — Wills Eye Center is one of the ideal eye hospitals in the world, period. Their clinical guidelines and textbooks are used in every optometry school in North America. Their physicians come from all over, and they have experts in any field you can imagine. They also tend to be involved with education and research, which keeps them up to date on the absolute newest options and technologies.
So yes, I'd trust my own eyeballs to them, let alone any of my patients'. It's a good place to be, no matter how complicated you think you are :)

Answer:
