Birth Control

Author: admin

I’ve been on Seasonale for 9 months. I forget to take a pill or two once in a while. When this happens I usually get light brown spotting for a few days. I recently went on vacation and forgot my pills at home so I didn't take them for 3 days, but it was at the end of my pack before I was to start the inactive pills, even though I never actually take the inactive pills. I never experienced the light spotting that I usually do when I miss pills nor has my period started and I haven't taken any pills for about 5 days, my period should have started by now…Don't you think?

I have also had on & of nausea and fatigue and slight tenderness in my breasts. I have 2 other kids (2 and 11 months) so I know what early pregnancy symptoms are like and I honestly think I could be pregnant, but I just am not sure…I mean…I am on Seasonale. Have you heard of women getting pregnant while on Seasonale? I figure it's probably too early to take a HPT. What do you think…anything is appreciated.

Answer:
yes, you can be pregnant. birth control are not 100% even when taken every day at the same time. however, each time you forget to take one, you increase your chances of becoming pregnant. also, other drugs interact with the birth control causing them to not work, even over the counter ones like cold medicine or cough syrup.

Answer:
I never took Seasonale, but I'll star this so you get answers :)

Good luck!
