Get a clean wash cloth and put it in warm water, rinse it well so it will be warm but not dripping with water. put a tiny bit of hydrogen peroxide on it, and put it on the wound, and apply some pressure on it. Make sure he drinks some fresh water. If he wants to eat give him some wet food and Little bit of garlic powder in it. It will work as anti-biotic for him. Don't let him go outside, until it starts healing.

Nothing real besides keep it clean. The vet will drain it and give her a shot and sum meds.
