is there a way to tell if a dog has been spayed or not? we looked for a scar but we can't tell

i wondered the same thing about Hope. but she was starting her first heat. the vet should be able to tell.

Unfortunately, this one is impossible without a vet. They'll likely have to do an ultrasound to find out.
