she might look a bit bigger round her belly or she might get grouchy when you pick her up or touch her. if she has been with a male hamster then its more than likely she is expecting!

She would probably bite you more when near her or her nest. She will act very strange, her nest will be very massive. Her tummy willl be more massive. Lightley stick one fingure under stomach, you should feel a rounded shell sort of thing, if you be quit you might feel tiny bumps or round objects. This may be the babies growing. BE CARFUL!
