Answer:
I regret every minute,
I re-homed a cockatiel from me aunty before she moved to Scotland.
Her name was called Rocky - I changed it to Silly
I’ve had her since 15th October 1998 They had her for 3years?
Silly cries all the time, she hates being held, she hate fingers, she hates my other birds, she's scared of tissues/bags/socks/music and my goldfishes.
I tried her outside last year with my other 6 cockatiels for an hour but she was shaking/scared/cold/wouldn't eat so I bought her inside again but she still wouldn't eat for about 3 days.
She is only happy if she lay eggs in a nestbox by herself, I hardly see her now.
Thats why she is called Silly

I have mine for 8 years now, he is the sweetest bird. He calls for me when time for tv. He ask me to scatch his head and face as he couldn't reach every time he watches tv with me. He also kiss me many many times that I’ve to cease him. He stick with me and wouldn't let me walk away to get something. He would call me if I tried to walk away. He walk to leg and stand there facing the tv for a long time, i think he is watching tv too. He never fly away from me. Ang regret? Not for me. He is one-of-a-kind.
