Have a friend with both and I don't want to hound her with questions about it. I'm wondering what that all means, what are the risks to her baby (she's like 9 wks along, 2nd baby), does she have special things she could do do help matters, etc. I've never even heard of low cervix before, and know next to nothing about tilted uterus.

I'd just like to have a better understanding of what it all means and what the implications are. Are there special things she should or shouldn't do, etc.

Answer:
ok i have both of these. there is nothing you can do to help this situation at all. I've recently just had my baby boy(first child) and i had to have him by c section because my baby's head wasn't engaged. a tilted uterus just means that your uterus sits back more and is harder when pregnant to see the baby on a ultrasound machine. this is why they might give you a internal ultrasound because it helps things alot better to be able to see everything. there isn't special things your friend should be doing and not doing and there is no harm to the baby. your friends doctor will check your friend out close to her due date and make sure she can have a natural birth or not. i hope this sort of helps you out. good luck

Answer:
A tilted uterus has no Implications at all. My mom has a tilted uterus and she's had 6 children, no complications, all natural. If you need more information see the link below.

Answer:
I have a tilted uterus and have had 5 children. Last gyn exam they told me my cervix was facing forward towards my belly button. I had no complications with any of my pregnancies. When I was a teenager, I had a Dr tell me I may have a problem getting pregnant because of it…boy was he wrong!!

Answer:
Me, my sister and my mother all have a tilted uterus.

My mom had four children. my sister had two. and I have a 1 month almost 2 month old son. they all came out perfectly fine.

it is just something that happens with some people. it will not harm the baby in any way or hurt anything at all!

my sister was told after her first kid that she wouldnt be able to get pregnant because of it. i dont know why they told her that. my mom and i never heard anything like that from doctors because of ours. but obviously the doctor was wrong because she now has another child!

so..no worries!
