Relax. Have a break and give the spider some time to think. If he forgives you, he’ll come and state so, but for now stay out of his way. Who knows when will forgive you? He might not. Go for a walk, or a holiday, whatever you need to do. The same thing happened to me. The spider forgave me. Eventually.

I would reccomend you move house and change you name by de-poll. Spiders are well known for holding a grudge. If you won the argument the spider will not be happy, he’ll then get all his friends together and infest your house and make your life a misery. You’ll be able to get an ASBO against them however this will take a long time and you will be at your wits end before the police do anything.

I'd suggest if your feeling bad about it then to go back to spider and say you were sorry and you didn't mean what you stated in the argument. Give him a hug ( only a little one, not sure he'd forgive you if you squashed him) and then you and spider can become best of buddies again.
