If any animal has a nose with nostrils….it will snore.

LOL! My cat has been snoring like an old man since he was a kitten! I think cats can get conditions like a deviated septum just like humans. I'm not sure, I'm not a vet, but my cat snores every time he sleeps. It doesn't affect his health in any way, he has just always done that. It has become just part of his charm!

Ours does that a little bit when he's curled up in a ball, I think it's the airway and how it's constricted if they’re in a bent position. Otherwise, you just have a snorer!
