Weed doesn't mix with anything. It kills your lungs and screws up your brain. If your boyfriend Smokes weed (illegal pretty much everywhere), then your baby will be a drug baby. He won't be very inteligent in most cases, although I know a guy who is a genius, and he's a meth baby. Really i recommend you urge your boyfriend to cease, its illegal, and would you like to have a child who's dad is in jail?

Does he smoke weed in the house? Around you? Will he carry on smoking heavily when the baby comes? What if you are ill, will he stop smoking to take care of the baby?
Personally I don't think drugs and babies/children mix at all and have zero tolerance. But you've been with him 8 years so it's how you feel about him, and about relying on him. Good luck.

my husband (now seperated) smoked weed, gave up, then 2 weeks later i got pregnant…
we’d sex unprotected loads and loads when he was on weed and i never got pregnant, as soon as he gave up i got pregnant..
weed basically slows the sperm down - it makes it lazy so there’s less of a chance of you getting pregnant while he is on weed..
tbh, if he’s a weed addict… which obviously he is if he has been on it 8 yrs.. the last thing u wanna do is have a baby with him, he’ll most likely smoke it around ur baby - even if you dont know about it, he will almost for sure do it! and what happens if you’re sick and u need him to care for ur baby and he’s as high as a kite on weed… he cant look after ur baby like that, and i would never trust him to do so!
dont have a baby with him… find a better man before u have a family!

The baby should be fine health wise as long as the smoking isn’t done around you or the baby…superior question…why would you get pregnant by this guy?

dont be around him when he smokes. your baby shuld be fine but its not healthy to rasie a child around someone who is always high.
