My last period was around February 16, 2009. Today I started to have brown discharge. I’ve a few minor cramps. I have never had a period that color before though. So I went on google and looked it up. Then it started speaking about implantation bleeding, so I looked that up, and it stated it usually happens eleven days after you’ve sex, and eleven days ago I had sex. So then I looked up when the soonest you can take a test and I never got a clear answer.
And I’m also trying but then again not fully trying for a baby.
Me and my fiancee' want a baby, we dont use condoms or birth control we just think if it happens it happens.
But I really want to know.

Well… let me put it this way! Yes, implantation bleeding does look like that, a brownish color, but not lasting more than a day or two.
The soonest you can take a test and it come out more accurate is usually 5 days before your missed period. Depending on the test.
I however, got preggo in October 08, sadly had a misscarraige, and I didnt want to waste money if that may not occur, so I waited until the day after my period was supposed to come. I was supposed to have my period around the 14th of october. I took a HPT on the 15th of october. Sooo… my recommendation is, wait until your period is supposed to come, and if it doesnt come… take the test. Then immediatley if it comes back negative, contact an OBGYN asap, because that was my mistake, and the fact that I waited so long to get one is what cost my baby its life.

I sounds like you could be having implantation. We are in the same boat I had my last AF 02/14/2009 and am hoping for a BFP that TWW is the longest. Generally you should wait til your AF is due and test that day but if you’re like me, (A true POAS addict) that wait can be unbearable. I had implantation bleeding with my twins, but nothing so far. Keep waiting until your AF is actually due before you test, seriously you'll save yourself some money. Good luck and lots of baby dust!
