Good luck :] I'm in the same boat at the moment and am very excited, even though trying not to let TTC consume my each waking moment - as I know it would be easy! Keeping yourself as healthy as you can be, at your ideal weight etc [as you will already know] boosts chances of regular, timely ovulation. Start treating your body now as you are already pregnant, taking your pre-natal vitamins in preparation for nurturing baby.

Take things in a relaxed manner if you can to start with. It might even help to let 'nature run its course' for a while and not worry too much about ovulation predictor kits etc. This is what I'm intending to do and feel positive already :] I wish you luck!

When i was trying to get pregnant with my daughter, I used ovulation kits, I think I used the clearblue ones, it was eight years ago. I had just had surgery to correct a problem I had with my uterus and fallopian tubes. The doctor told me i would need to have artificial insemination, my husband and i decided to try on our own with the ovulation tests. It took one month to get pregnant they told me I wouldn't be able to do it on my own. We tried for a year before I found out I had problems. But with the help of the tests I had a beautiful baby girl. Good luck to you! Relax and have fun trying.

Heey .. congratulations you sound excited !! Well i absolutely advocate you read this excellent book, “Taking charge of your fertility” by Toni Weschler .. It gives so much advice and information, especially on how to chart your cycle .. charting isnt hard, you simply follow Toni's examples, and chart your BBT (basal body temperature), what type of vaginal discharge you have, and (if you want) the position of your cervix.. by doing this you are able to pinpoint exactly when you’re ovulating !! Soo ya .. read the book !! You won't regret it .. Ideal of luck !!

Answer:
Start taking Prenatal vitamins get your body ready for the pregnancy and after that it gives the baby essential vitamins needed for its growth development.

MAKE SURE Vitamin A in your prenatal vitamins are partly in the form of beta-carotene, a nutrient that you get from fruits and vegetables that converts to vitamin A in the body. Because if it just straight up vitamin A and its in a higher dose it can cause birth defects.

Try to figure out the length of your cycle then use and ovulation calculator on the web to see your most fertile days. You can also use Ovulation predictor kit or track your basal body temp for ovulation purpose.

Ok read that if you drink whole drink at less 3 to 4 glasses a day and also eat lots of cheese , it will help, also when you’re trying to conceive make sure your home is cold don't know why but they say it help, , the most important thing is not to stress over it, try doing a project , like reading , joining a gym, something esle , so you don't always think about it , that’ll help a lot, here is a website that might help also .

All I have the ability to state honey, is try climaxing with the guy, that brings the sperm in closer. The muscles do the work, you know? Perhaps try some lubricants too. I've heard those raise the chance. And of course, don't wear a condom. LOL!

Good luck with the baby! You'll have so much fun, and so little sleep. Hehe.

Answer:
Just rest. It can take time to get pregnant, especially if your trying to. I've been trying for a few months with no success. Don't give up and don't get discouraged. It will happen when it's meant to be.
