Heya hunny, I'm at 6dpo too! So far I've had sore sides of my bbs since about 2dpo… but I've had that before and not been pregnant so I'm not classing that as anything too new or exciting!
Have you checked out this website before? I find it really interesting as it lists the early pregnancy symptoms of women who have just got their BFPs. Some of them had lots of symptoms early on but you'll notice a fair few that had nothing until much later on!

Bear in mind that at 6dpo it's highly likely that implantation hasn't happened yet. Implantation takes place anytime between 6 - 12dpo. This is when the pregnancy attatches to the uterus and begins to send the pregnancy hormone/ signals to your body. Only then will your body switch into 'pregnancy mode' giving you your symptoms! Even then, it can take a few days more!
Good luck and keep us posted **
Answer:
Yes because even if the egg was fertilized during ovulation it takes 6-8 days just to make its journey down to the uterus to implant and until this has happened the chemical HCG will not be given off and this is what causes pregnancy symptoms ie: morning sickness sore breast's ect. Good Luck
