Ok in school today i started my period and i ran to the toilet and got stopped by the nurse and she stated have you begin your period lucy and i explained but school was over in 2 mins so shegave me a pad to change into and told me to tell my mum but i havent n i have to miss out on class to learn about periods n stuff i wanna be normal Nobaody else in the school has theirs yet !! plz answer

It's good not to be like everyone else. It's good to be different. When people start their periods, you'll be able to help them and you’ll be the one who knows all about them. Also when people are moaning about them, you will have already been there before so you’ll seem more grown up than them.
Write pads/tampons on your mum's shopping list if you don't feel comfortable telling her face to face. I would say it's ideal to just come out with it like I did, your mum will comprehend, she has been through it too!
Some people begin as early as 8 so you're normal!

Yes 10 years old is very young to begin your period but girls aged between 10-14 will all go through the same experience. You need to speak to your mum and tell how your feeling and before you know it having your period will become very normal to you! All the best!

Calm down!!!! its ok, trust me your probably not the only one that has their period in that school. Its very normal to get your period at your age. You really need to tell your mother, she has the ability to help you a ton. Your normal, you just got it early. No massive deal.
