Im 15 years old, im not fat but i have a tiny bit of extra fat on my stomach and my thighs, not much though. And everytime i have something to eat i feel fat. Most days i skipp breakfast and on school days i dont have anything to eat until 12:45pm. I do try and eat healthy and drink water, i do exercise but i cant shift that extra fat.. So how to i lose that fat because if i dont im just going to halt eating all together if i dont. What foods are good fro helping to lose weight ? and what exercises are ideal for losing fat ?

You have no idea how bad eating disorders are - they are for life most of the time. Like an addiction of worst sort. They kill so many women/girls a year!
The fatty areas are particular to your body type and need extra effort to control, with excersize that’s. There’s plenty of info on the net how to target specific spots, but reading about it doesn't cut it, you have to do it regularly and with real comitment. there is plenty of info about healthy diet foods and ways to eat. Please take the time to reasearch instead of stoping your food altogether. Hungry body stores fat with a vengence! Remember that always.
I don't eat breakfast eather, I’m not hungry and I don't force myself, but throughout the day and night make up for it and target my belly with crunches ( that is my problem spot). The rest of it I just learned to accept. Please talk to your family physician to make sure that the extra fat you are carrying is really in need of loosing, or you just need to “tone up” …yes?

do not avoid breakfast dear.
they state you should have breakfast like a king.

you just need to work on your stomach muscles and thigh muscles.

lie down on your back and rotate your leg as if you cycle in air.(for thigh)

and belly crunches would help you reduce your fat from belly(stomach)

on all these please do warm up pre and post. you must feel superior in a months time.

even jogging or jumping would help.

check your weight if you really wanna see the difference.

Listen to me, When people really start becoming aware of themselves it seems that people begin looking for the approval of other and they begin looking for things that they feel will deny them the approval of other and it always come down to how much you weight… And you start seeing things that does not really matter like your weight and then you start starving yourself hoping that you will meet their approval…. When in truth it really does not matter one iota…. Now I state this if you have a healthy good looking body that shows that you are well fed… Then you should not give a damn what other people that are starving themselves might think… For its up to you to stay healthy and wise and its up to you to show the wisdom of maintaining a healthy mind and body………… And remember this the grave yards are full of skinny model that have died young and lost their minds trying to stay skinny………..

Starving yourself is the creator of your issues here. The human body will store fat if it gets a meal WHENEVER. It never knows when it will get food again because your eating schedule is so random so the body stores fat in order to have calorie reserves for energy and bodily functions. DIET is everything when it comes to your body looking and staying a desired way. Exercise without proper diet is the biggest waste of time. You want the body you want then start by eating breakfast,lunch and supper the same time everyday and exercising. You go to bed at 10-11 at night and starve your body until the afternoon the next day…thats fasting(extremely unhealthy) which is the route to all your nutrition issues.
